Job Description Job Summary The Senior On-Site Services Specialist provides operational support across multiple service areas including high-volume copying, document imaging, mail management, and customer site equipment maintenance. This role requires strong customer service and technical skills, with responsibilities ranging from document handling to building support functions. Key Responsibilities • Operate high-volume copy machines, document imaging systems, and related software, • Perform binding, finishing, and quality control checks on completed jobs, • Manage mail systems including shipping, receiving, sorting, and applying postage, • Provide copier maintenance, clear paper jams, and coordinate service calls, • Maintain records for management reports and supply inventories, • Distribute office supplies, mail, and fax transmissions to designated locations, • Calculate charges for jobs performed and maintain billing logs, • Deliver completed jobs to customer locations within or outside the site, • Perform filing, archiving, and document management tasks, • Support building operations including meeting room setups, light maintenance, and occupant moves, • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, postage meters, calculators, and bindery tools, • Ensure copier areas are neat, stocked, and operational, • Respond to customer inquiries regarding job requests and feasibility, • Perform additional duties as assigned, including occasional overtime and emergency response Required Qualifications • High school diploma or GED, • 1–2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience, • Prior experience in copy or document services, • Strong presentation and telephone skills for receptionist duties Certifications (if any) • None required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Excellent customer service and communication skills, • Proficiency with PCs, MS Office, and email systems, • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, • Basic mathematical and filing skills, • Ability to operate office machines and technical equipment, • Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands, • Office environment with normal lighting, ventilation, and noise levels, • Physical effort may include standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50–55 lbs., • Ability to push or pull machines weighing up to 700 lbs. for repairs, • Regular use of calculators, keyboards, hand tools, and coordination skills, • Potential travel between customer buildings Education: High School Company DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
