Job Description Position Summary: This position serves as the point person for Direct Care shifts (24 hours of operation include daytime, evening, overnight and weekend shifts). Work is generally performed on-site however tasks sometimes include leaving the property for meetings, community events, trainings, or picking up donations. This position supervises the Direct Care team on duty and verifies that shift workflows are completed accurately and timely, with particular attention paid to meal service, central services, safe overnight accommodations, and supporting the team on the shift.
