Job Description SUMMARY: The Rebuild Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibility is restoring machinery or equipment. The purpose of the Rebuild Maintenance employee is to troubleshoot issues to ensure all machinery complies with relevant standards and regulations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. · Thoroughly inspect mechanical, electrical, or other components to identify wear, damage, or defects. · Disassemble complex equipment to access internal parts and replace worn, damaged, or defective components. · Conduct tests and functional checks to verify that repaired or rebuilt components operate correctly and efficiently. · Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, inspections, repairs, parts used, and compliance regulations. · Work with managers, engineers, etc. to understand repair requirements, estimate costs, and coordinate work. · Follow all safety precautions on repairs to equipment, machinery and tools per MPI’s / OSHA requirements. · Responsibilities include all listed above, but are not limited to only those listed above. · Complete any and all tasks or assignments as requested by Management · Maintain compliance of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001. Makes follow up visits according to patient, family, and facility needs. * Communicates significant findings, problems, and changes in health condition, environment, or unsafe facility conditions to the Clinical Supervisor, physician, facility, and/or other personnel involved with patient care. * Revises the plan of care in response to identified patient care issues and notifies the Clinical Supervisor, physician, facility, and other team members. * Counsels, instructs, and includes the patient, facility, and family in following the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care. * Teaches behavioral health philosophy and pain and symptom management to staff in alternate care settings (nursing homes, hospital, assisted-living facilities, etc.). * Initiates, supervises, and documents observance of the behavioral health aide and LPN delivery of care per agency policy. * Informs supervisor and/or facility supervisor of unusual or potentially problematic nursing facility issues. * Provides appropriate support at time of death and perform bereavement assessment.
