Job DescriptionProject Manager Federal Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Federal Project Manager to oversee and manage federal construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on quality control and compliance with federal regulations. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage federal construction projects from initiation to completion., • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets., • Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with federal guidelines., • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, and team members., • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise., • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and upper management., • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field., • 10+ years of experience in project management, in federal construction., • Strong understanding of federal regulations and quality control standards., • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
