The Manager, Children's Hospital Business & Analytics is responsible for the overall business operations and strategic planning for the Children's Hospital and Department of Pediatrics. Assists the Site Director and Physician-in-Chief to develop and implement programs to meet the needs for pediatrics, monitors success and reports outcomes. Serves as part of the regional pediatric leadership team, reporting on relevant data and key metrics aligned with hospital and Hackensack Meridian Children's Health network goals and initiatives. Responsible for developing and managing the budget for assigned areas, including monitoring and analyzing key financial indicators and performance metrics. This includes modifying business activities as needed in response to changing financial situations. Ensures that pediatric areas are addressing the initiatives purposefully and proactively. Assists Site Director and pediatric managers in establishing staffing according to departmental goals and budgets, while accountable for quality initiatives including patient satisfaction and providing the best experience to all patients and guests. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: * Bachelor's degree * Minimum of 3 years directly related experience plus 4 years leadership/management experience. * Computer knowledge Microsoft or Google Productivity Suite, billing and scheduling software, etc. * Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hospital/facility and professional billing/finance and supervision/office management. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: * Master's degree in business/operations or related field * Pediatric hospital and/or service line experience preferred 179552 Minimum rate of $111,924.80 Annually HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members.
