Job DescriptionJob Summary The Line Cook/BOH Bistor Attendant prepares, cooks and plates food to order for hotel guests by following the pre-established recipe specifications and plating procedures. Responsibilities • Approaches all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner., • Complies with company, hotel, and brand standards which encourage a safe and efficient hotel operation., • Cooks, sauts, broils, plates all food items strictly adhering to recipe and plating specifications., • Exhibits a professional demeanor, while working with passion and integrity., • Assists teammates as needed and follows the directives of the management team., • Adheres to all food-related safety practices set forth by Company, state, and federal regulations and standards., • Maintains a clean and well organized workstationQualifications, • 1-2 years related work experience, • Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours in a day.
