This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong revenue cycle management expertise to step into a key role and help build efficient workflows while managing the full billing cycle. Job Description: The Full Cycle Biller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue cycle management, including coding, claim submission, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, and denial resolution. This role will also contribute to workflow improvements, financial reporting, and patient communication. Key Responsibilities: • Code medical procedures and diagnoses accurately using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS standards., • Prepare and submit insurance claims in a timely and compliant manner., • Manage accounts receivable, monitor outstanding balances, and ensure prompt collections., • Investigate, resolve, and appeal denied claims; liaise with insurance companies as needed., • Review patient documentation for accuracy and compliance., • Stay current on billing regulations, coding guidelines, and payer requirements., • Communicate with patients regarding billing and insurance inquiries., • 3–4+ years of full cycle billing experience., • Proficiency with clearinghouses (e.g., Availity), EHRs, and Excel., • Strong payer knowledge (Commercial and Medicare)., • Experience with orthopedic, chiropractic, or DME billing preferred., • Proven analytical skills and ability to clean up aging accounts., • Excellent communication skills and patient service mindset., • Three weeks paid vacation annually (with scheduling flexibility)., • Complimentary monthly wellness service.
