Key Responsibilities • Prepare and submit clean electronic and paper claims for ENT, Allergy, Audiology, and Sleep Medicine services., • Review claims for accuracy and compliance with payer requirements before submission., • Post payments and adjustments promptly; reconcile balances to ensure financial accuracy., • Investigate denied or unpaid claims, submit appeals, and follow through until resolution., • Communicate professionally with insurance carriers, providers, and patients regarding billing inquiries., • Proactively monitor A/R aging reports and prioritize high-value or at-risk claims., • Stay informed on payer rules, reimbursement policies, and industry changes., • Protect patient confidentiality and maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.
