Position Summary: The Remarketing Internal Operations Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing internal operational activities related to remarketed vehicles, including retail repossessions, lease returns, and Stellantis-owned assets. This position plays a key role in maximizing revenues by ensuring vehicles are prepared, optimized, and strategically positioned in wholesale markets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the internal operations team, ensuring timely preparation of vehicles for sale, including transportation, pricing, sales blocks, and expense audits., • Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize vehicle turnaround and minimize operational costs., • Oversee scheduling and resource allocation to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards., • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness., • Collaborate with Regional Managers, Auction Specialists, internal teams, and vendors to align remarketing strategies with business objectives., • Maintain strategic communication with Regional Managers and Auction Specialists to align on vehicle availability, condition, and readiness, ensuring optimal timing and positioning for sale., • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization while maintaining high-quality standards., • Manage and control expenses related to vehicle detailing, repairs, and maintenance., • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Required Experience: • Two (2) years minimum of managerial or leadership experience., • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and auction platforms., • Strong attention to detail, organization and multitasking capabilities., • Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills., • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic work environment., • Effective at analyzing information/situations, apply common sense understanding, and identify alternative solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner., • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry, competition, vehicle values, market trends, and Remarketing best practices., • Display a teamwork spirit in a growing team and organization., • Overtime required – required on an as needed basis., • Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis., • Bachelor’s or four-year college degree in a General Studies field., • Knowledge of the repo title process for all fifty (50) states is highly preferred! While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
