Job Description Kelly Services is seeking Auditor/Inventory Clerks for our client in Melrose Park, Illinois. Candidates could be working in temperatures of -5 to 70 degrees. Must Haves: Must be able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays Strong data entry experience using Microsoft Excel WMS experience highly preferred Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and / or cold storage environment. Schedules available: Start time at 6am, for 10-12 hour shifts, paying $20/hr. Start time at 2pm, for 10-12 hour shifts, paying $21/hr. These are contract roles, lasting up to 6 months. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: · Verify total case count and specific items, assembled by warehouse assemblers to store invoice · Reconciles physical and financial inventories · Report discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor · Recap audit results for weekly reporting · Compares and reconciles physical inventory cycle counts to those maintained in the inventory system · Completes appropriate research to determine cause as to why pallets cannot be slotted by the inventory system · Completes necessary system maintenance to ensure accurate inventory accountability · Completes warehouse case maintenance, i.e. physically measuring case dimensions, verifying slot heights and performing necessary computer entries · Makes entries for store returns and printing of various warehouse related reports SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB: Must be able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays Strong data entry experience using Microsoft Excel WMS experience highly preferred Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and / or cold storage environment. WORKING CONDITIONS: · Work is performed in varying conditions; warehouse environment, warehouse temperatures ranging from -20 degrees through ambient outside temperatures over 80 degrees and temperature controlled office environment · Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal.
