Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice to work in the specialty area of Schools for the 2026-2027 school year! • The candidate must possess a Certified School Nurse Professional Educator License (PEL with CSN license), • Provide direct healthcare services to scholars, including assessment, treatment, and follow-up for injuries, illnesses, and other medical conditions., • Conduct health screenings such as vision, hearing, scoliosis, and other mandated health assessments, and refer scholars for further evaluation when necessary., • Administer prescribed medications and treatments to scholars in accordance with physician instructions and school policies., • Provide immediate care in emergency situations, such as injuries or acute illness, and coordinate with emergency medical services when needed., • Develop and implement individualized health care plans (IHPs) for scholars with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, allergies), including ongoing monitoring and communication with parents/guardians and healthcare providers., • Collaborate with special education teams to assess and address the health needs of scholars with IEPs.
