While Enterprise Management Solutions LLC is responsible for employment administration, including payroll, benefits (if applicable), and HR compliance, the employee will perform day-to-day duties at The Charmed Table and will receive operational direction, supervision, and performance expectations from The Charmed Tables leadership team. The employee is expected to adhere to the policies, procedures, operational standards, and performance expectations of both Enterprise Management Solutions LLC and The Charmed Table, as applicable. Nothing in this arrangement alters the at-will employment relationship with Enterprise Management Solutions LLC. COMPANY WEBSITE: COMPANY PHONE NUMBER:(667) 290-6226 HR DEPARTMENT PHONE NUMBER: (667) 309-9920 EXT 10 HR DEPARTMENT EMAIL ADDRESS: POSITION TITLE:Operations Manager 7 ALTERNATE TITLE(S): Restaurant & Catering Operations Manager, Food & Beverage Operations Leader COMPANY:The Charmed Table DEPARTMENT:Food Services DIVISION:Operations UNIT: Hospitality & Culinary Operations ACCOUNTABLE TO: Chief Operations Manager, Ownership, or assigned senior leadership ACCOUNTABLE FOR: • Daily execution of catering, delivery, DoorDash, and meal program operations, • Staff scheduling, supervision, appearance, productivity, and accountability, • Food quality, presentation, menu consistency, and customer satisfaction, • Cost control, waste reduction, receipt tracking, inventory accuracy, and operational profitability, • Systems implementation and maintenance, including recipe costing, inventory tracking, production planning, and performance reporting, • Food safety, HACCP compliance, temperature control, sanitation, and audit readiness, • Weekly performance reporting to leadership and timely implementation of corrective actions and improvements, • Collaboration with outsourced administrative functions to ensure operational accuracy, customer follow-through, billing support, HR coordination, and marketing execution Direct Reports / Daily Operational Oversight: • Catering Lead Cook / Production Lead, • Inventory & Systems Cook / Inventory Lead, • Additional cooks, delivery personnel, event staff, or support staff as assigned Collaborates With: • Outsourced invoicing / finance support, • Outsourced marketing support, • Outsourced HR support, • Customers, clients, vendors, group home facility representatives, event contacts, delivery platforms, and internal leadership CLASSIFICATION:Non-Exempt W-2, Hourly Full-Time WORK SCHEDULE: This schedule reflects 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM. Scheduling needs may vary based on business demands, and adjustments may be required as reasonably assigned. OPERATING STRUCTURE The Charmed Tables daily food service structure is expected to include two cooks on duty each day, seven days per week, from approximately 7:00 AM 5:00 PM, unless otherwise adjusted by leadership based on business need. COMPENSATION RANGE:$55,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated performance Incentive Compensation:At the discretion of the Company, incentive compensation may include one or more of the following structures: • Base compensation plus performance bonus, • Base compensation plus profit participation BENEFITS PACKAGE:This position is eligible for standard W-2 employee benefits, including but not limited to those outlined in the Companys official benefits package. SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Operations Manager Catering & Food Services is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of The Charmed Table while ensuring that the Companys food service, catering, delivery, and meal program operations are executed accurately, safely, profitably, and consistently. This role is not limited to supervising kitchen activity. The Operations Manager is expected to manage operational performance, control costs, implement systems, monitor staff productivity, support revenue growth, coordinate with outsourced administrative partners, communicate with customers, and report weekly to leadership on measurable results. The Operations Manager must be able to translate leadership direction into action, identify operational gaps, implement improvements, and hold assigned staff accountable. The role requires a balance of hands-on operational management, business discipline, customer service, food safety oversight, and continuous improvement. SCHEDULED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations during brunch, lunch, dinner, and special events, • Monitor guest satisfaction, table turnover, and service flow to ensure a memorable dining experience, • Coordinate floor coverage, server rotations, kitchen communication, and reservations, • Maintain facility cleanliness, health department standards, and compliance with local food safety regulations, • Coordinate with culinary team to implement menu changes and seasonal specials Catering Operations (The Charmed Table) • Supervise execution of catering contracts including weddings, private events, corporate orders, and institutional meal programs, • Oversee event set-up, staff coordination, logistics, and breakdown, • Ensure catering orders are accurately prepared, labeled, packaged, and delivered on time, • Conduct post-event reviews to address customer satisfaction and staff performance, • Manage catering calendar and collaborate with kitchen to meet batch cooking and prep timelines Staffing & Leadership • Recruit, hire, and onboard hospitality and kitchen staff, • Schedule and supervise team members across all departments (FOH, BOH, delivery, event staff), • Lead pre-shift meetings, enforce standards of professionalism, and manage employee disputes or concerns, • Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate on corrective action plans Vendor & Inventory Oversight • Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, linens, disposables, and dcor supplies, • Place and track vendor orders in coordination with culinary and administrative teams, • Maintain vendor relationships and assess quality, pricing, and delivery performance Finance & Reporting • Track labor costs, sales performance, and event profitability, • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Chief Operations Officer, • Monitor expense reports, supply costs, and event budgets, • Support implementation of POS, catering management software, and scheduling tools UNSCHEDULED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist with front-of-house service or kitchen prep during peak hours or emergency call-outs, • Conduct facility walkthroughs and ensure readiness for health inspections and surprise audits, • Support pop-up or promotional activations in collaboration with the marketing team, • Represent the brand in client tastings, venue tours, or business development opportunities PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Prolonged standing and walking during service hours and events, • Lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs (food trays, catering equipment, supplies), • Bending, reaching, and physical movement required during set-up and breakdown WORKING CONDITIONS: • Fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment, • Evening and weekend hours required for events, brunch service, and private bookings, • Collaborative and dynamic team atmosphere COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: • Experience managing a dual-concept business (restaurant + catering), • Prior work in fine dining or event catering environments, • Familiarity with event logistics, dcor setup, and contract negotiation, • Culinary knowledge and ability to collaborate effectively with chefs, • Attention to detail to ensure dietary compliance and meal quality. LEVEL OF EDUCATION / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 3 years of experience managing restaurant and/or catering operations, • Strong leadership and team supervision skills, • Familiarity with health code requirements and food service regulations, • Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, • Excellent communication, customer service, and crisis management skills Education • Business Administration, • Culinary Arts, or a closely related field.
