WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are actively seeking a high-performing Account Executive / Inbound Sales Closer with deep expertise in digital advertising. This role is designed for a top-tier closer who understands that qualification is a profit center. This is a client-facing, sales-first role, not a media buying position. You will lead revenue conversations across paid ads, creative, email, and web, qualifying prospects not only on budget, but on expectations, execution readiness, and decision-making alignment. With unlimited earning potential, uncapped commissions, and strong inbound demand, this role is ideal for competitive, self-directed sales professionals who believe income should reflect effort, discipline, and results . WHAT YOU’LL DO • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified inbound and outbound opportunities aligned with our ideal customer profile, • Lead discovery and qualification calls focused on financials, performance goals, and execution readiness, • Conduct audits of Meta, Google, Email, and other digital marketing accounts to surface growth opportunities, • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations (phone, video, and in-person), • Clearly communicate DOE Media’s value proposition across paid media, creative, email, and web, • Professionally address objections using strong research, product knowledge, and strategic insight, • Close deals confidently and consistently — exceeding quotas through disciplined sales execution, • Maintain detailed records of sales activity, deal stages, and communications in our CRM, • Foster long-term client relationships through strong post-sale handoff and support, • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and expand revenue channels, • Use prospecting and data tools to identify, research, and engage new opportunities, • Submit weekly sales reports and communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders, • Stay aligned with media and strategy teams to proactively suggest campaign ideas, • Surface new digital trends, tools, and technologies to leadership, • Communicate progress, updates, and challenges clearly and professionally WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE • 3+ years of experience sourcing, qualifying, and closing new business, • 3+ years of experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads platforms, • 3+ years of experience at a digital marketing or performance agency, • Experience with Email/SMS and website development is a strong asset, • Strong ability to interpret data and proactively solve problems, • Proven ability to identify gaps and opportunities in client marketing, websites, and business models, • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), • Experience with prospecting tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, Sales Navigator, etc.), • Strong communication skills across all audiences and formats, • Creative problem-solving mindset, • Excellent prioritization and time management, • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment WHAT YOU’LL FIND HERE • Benefits that matter: unlimited PTO, healthcare, and more, • Learning from top experts in eCommerce, digital advertising, and brand optimization, • Meaningful challenges designed to accelerate your growth, • Access to leadership, industry experts, and a team that genuinely cares about your development
