Job DescriptionSalary: Systems Administrator NeuAnalytics is seeking a full-time Systems Administrator to join our team! This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping our technology running smoothly, from servers and networks to user systems and enterprise applications. As a Systems Administrator at NeuAnalytics, youll take ownership of provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and infrastructure that support our daily business operations. Youll play a key role in ensuring reliability, performance, and security across our systems. In this role, youll help design and maintain server environments, manage user accounts and desktop imaging, deploy new software, and support a variety of IT initiatives. Youll also serve as the first point of contact for internal users, providing Tier I and Tier II support to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. This position is located in Overland Park, KS. What You Will Do for Us: • Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for laptops, desktops, servers, networks, printers, phones, and mobile devices, • Deliver on-site and remote support to internal users, ensuring quick resolution of issues and excellent customer service, • Install, configure, and deploy new hardware and software, including laptops, servers, and network equipment, • Provision and manage physical and virtual servers (VMware), including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, email systems, and Remote Desktop Services, • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across systems and applications, • Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management for servers and endpoints, • Monitor and maintain system and network performance, responding to alerts and performance issues, • Conduct diagnostics to investigate and resolve hardware and software problems, • Maintain backup and disaster recovery processes, ensuring business continuity across multiple datacenters, • Support video conferencing and collaboration platforms, • Administer and maintain security solutions including access management and video surveillance systems, • Track, document, and resolve service requests in the corporate ticketing system, • Identify recurring issues and recommend preventative or long-term solutions, • Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices through training, certifications, and hands-on learning What You Will Bring to Us: • Strong technical foundation with excellent computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory, • General understanding of how various technologies work together, including servers, desktops, mobile devices, remote access tools, email systems, and collaboration platforms, • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs, • Experience supporting or managing virtualization environments (VMware or Hyper-V), • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint, • Experience configuring and supporting mobile devices and remote connectivity solutions, • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues through problem solving and root cause analysis, • Understanding of backup, recovery, and basic IT security best practices, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to users of varying technical ability, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment with shifting priorities, • Commitment to excellent customer service and follow-through on tasks until resolution, • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills, • Willingness to perform after-hours maintenance and participate in an on-call rotation as needed, • 2+ years of experience providing client support or systems troubleshooting in an IT environment, • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer., • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
