Overview: Upward Bound Houses (UBH) Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) program supports individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, medical conditions, and co-occurring disorders through long-term services referred by LA Countys Department of Health Services (DHS). The Program Manager oversees day-to-day operations, supervises staff, and ensures high-quality service delivery using a hands-on, lead-by-example approach. Key Responsibilities: Case Management (10%) • Carry a small caseload of complex clients to support housing retention and stability., • Supervise and guide case management staff, providing coaching and support with complex cases.
