Join our team of CNA's and Caregivers (also known as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant) and make a meaningful impact by helping clients in the comfort of their homes. All of our clients desire different levels of care, you may provide companionship, light housekeeping, personal care, meal prep, errands, or simply brighten their day. Pay: $18 - $25 / hour *Potential for pay to increase in alignment with experience. Service Area / Hiring Area Section: We are hiring caregivers and CNAs located within commuting distance of Madison and surrounding communities, including: Middleton, Sun Prairie, Fitchburg, Verona, Waunakee, DeForest, Monona, McFarland, Oregon, Stoughton, Portage, Baraboo, Columbus, Watertown, Jefferson, Beaver Dam, Janesville, and nearby areas. Care is provided in clients’ homes throughout the greater Madison region. Why BrightStar Care? • Weekly Pay with direct deposit or debit card, • Flexible Scheduling including weekends and evenings, • Rewards and Recognition Programs, • Career GrowthSchedule availability:, • 1-hour shifts, • 2-hour shifts, • 4-hour shifts, • Provide client with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, linen changes and light housekeeping, • Prepare and administer meals according to client’s diet, • Take and record vital signs, as well as height and weight, if necessary, • Assist client in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes and report any changes to the Director of Nursing, • Assist client in walking and transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities and shopping, • Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures and standards, • Ensure client’s rights are adhered toRequired Skills, • Licensed driver with reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with the organization’s requirements, • Ability to adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality, • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively, • Ability to travel up to 30 minutes as needed for client care service needs as well as staff and business needs including job required training and conferences. #TalJobs
