    Pay: $120.00–$130.00 per hour Work Location: On the road / in patients’ homes Service Areas: Cases available throughout all five NYC boroughs MHH Clinical Services is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide one-on-one speech therapy services to children and adults in their homes. We have cases available throughout Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island, with assignments based on your preferred location, ZIP code, and availability. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one speech therapy services to children and adults in their homes. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication, cognition, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities, as appropriate. Develop, implement, and update individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and agency requirements. Provide evidence-based, patient-centered treatment to improve functional communication and/or swallowing abilities. Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding communication strategies, home programs, swallowing precautions, and carryover techniques. Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care coordination as needed. Adhere to all professional, ethical, and organizational standards of practice. Qualifications Current New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license. Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations. Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD) is preferred. Home care and/or community-based experience is a plus. Experience with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and/or swallowing disorders is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills. Compensation $65–$70 per 30-minute treatment session. Opportunity to complete two treatment sessions per hour, allowing earning potential of approximately $120–$130+ per hour, depending on scheduling and caseload. Work Schedule Flexible daytime schedule based on your availability. Cases available throughout all five NYC boroughs. Cases are assigned based on your preferred borough, neighborhood, service area, and ZIP code whenever possible. One-on-one treatment sessions are conducted in patients’ homes. Additional Opportunities No minimum hours required. Whether you are looking for only a few hours per week or would like to build a larger caseload, we can accommodate your availability. Per diem opportunities are available.
