Position Overview To expand our team and serve our growing customer base, Native Rank is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Account Manager. In this hybrid role, you will act as a digital marketing consultant and client advocate. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships and ensuring client strategies are effectively communicated to and implemented by our internal teams. This role is perfect for a diplomatic communicator who can translate complex digital marketing concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients. You will be the crucial link between our customers and our internal subject matter experts, driving strategy and ensuring the incredible value we create is clear and effective. We are looking for a practitioner, not just a traffic director, who is ready to take ownership and solve problems. Key Responsibilities * Client Strategy & Communication: * Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing day-to-day communication with professionalism and strategic insight. * Lead client calls and updates, acting as a consultant on SEO, Content, and Website Development strategies. * Translate complex digital marketing topics into direct, approachable language for clients, expertly managing expectations and building trust. * Quality Assurance & Meticulous Follow-up: * Act as the final checkpoint between our internal work and the client, ensuring all deliverables are error-free, meet strategic goals, and have a beautiful outcome. * Perform basic QA on website updates, content, and reports to ensure accuracy before client delivery. * Meticulously track all client requests and project milestones, providing proactive updates and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. What You Bring (Requirements) * A Diplomatic Communicator: You are a skilled writer and speaker, able to be both consultative and directive with clients and internal teams to achieve the best results. * A Critical Thinker & Problem Solver: You can synthesize complex information, formulate new strategies, and turn intangible ideas into tactical execution plans. * Impeccable Organization: You have exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and client accounts simultaneously. * A Self-Driven Learner: You are eager to learn and can quickly pick up on the technical aspects of digital marketing. You take pride in your work and are driven to get things done correctly the first time. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work in our Denver office during scheduled hours. Preferred Experience * 1+ years of experience in a digital marketing role. * Direct agency experience managing multiple client accounts. * Hands-on experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and/or Paid Search Management.
