We serve children ages 6 weeks through 6 years and are proud to be a NAC-accredited, Colorado Shines Level 4 Early Education Academy. The Learning Experience (TLE) uses a proprietary, research-based curriculum designed to support the whole childacademically, socially, emotionally, and physically. This is a full-time leadership role for an educator who is confident managing a classroom, implementing curriculum, and fostering a positive, well-organized learning environment. We offer: • Competitive pay: $18.00$22.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications), • $500 sign-on bonus (payable after 90 working days, with satisfactory attendance, punctuality, and compliance with all licensing and center policies), • Health and dental insurance, • 401(k) with employer matching, • Paid Time Off (80 Hours), • Paid Holidays, • Paid In-Service professional development days As a Pre-K Lead Teacher, a part of our Universal Pre-Kindergarten Team, you will: • Lead and manage a classroom of 45-year-old children in a structured, nurturing environment, • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning experiences, • Prepare children for kindergarten by building social, emotional, and academic foundations, • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom culture, • Observe, assess, and document childrens progress and development, • Communicate regularly and professionally with families, • Mentor and support assistant teachers in the classroom, • Maintain compliance with Colorado licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and center policies What Were Looking For • Previous experience as a preschool or Pre-K teacher (experience with ages 45 strongly preferred), • Strong classroom management and leadership skills, • Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices, • Professional communication skills with children, families, and team members, • Dependability, punctuality, and commitment to high standards of care, • Ability to meet all Colorado licensing requirements, including trainings and certifications, • Colorado Shines Professional Development Account (PDIS Credential 3.0 Level 2 or higher), • Must pass all required background checks and health screenings as required by state and licensing authorities, • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activity, including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, and floor interaction with children Ready to Make a Difference?
