Job Description Job Title: Full-Time Psychologist (2025-2026) Location: Brooklyn, NY Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time Minimum Education: Master’s degree (Ph.D./PsyD preferred) Language Requirement: Must Speak Hebrew Fluently 360 Talent Avenue is partnering with a well-established Jewish preschool in Brooklyn, NY to seek an experienced and dedicated Full-Time Psychologist for their Early Childhood Divisions for the 2025-2026 school year. This exciting opportunity offers a collaborative work environment with a dedicated guidance team, focused on supporting students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs within a Jewish educational setting. Candidates must have knowledge of Hebrew language, Judaic studies, and Jewish religious customs and holidays. What You’ll Do: • Consultation and Collaboration: Work with teachers, faculty, parents, and outside providers to address the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students., • Case Conferences: Attend weekly case conferences with administrators and faculty to collaborate on student assessments and interventions., • Social-Emotional Learning: Implement social-emotional learning programs and activities in the classrooms., • Behavioral Analysis and Intervention: Conduct functional analysis of student behavior, leading to intervention planning and implementation., • Screening and Evaluation: Administer and interpret screening measures and rating scales for students, providing valuable data to aid in decision-making., • Program Evaluation and Data Collection: Collect and analyze data at both student and systemic levels to support class placement, learning, and behavioral support decisions., • Workshops: Co-develop and facilitate parent or teacher workshops on relevant psychological topics., • Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention support for individual students and the school community when necessary.What You Bring:, • Licensure: Certified School Psychologist (Ph.D./PsyD in School Psychology preferred)., • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Early Childhood education setting., • Certification: Certification as a school psychologist., • Skills: Experience with play therapy principles, behavior planning, and parent/teacher consultation., • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teams effectively., • Hebrew Language: Fluency in Hebrew is a must., • Judaic Knowledge: Familiarity with Judaic curriculum, Jewish customs, and holidays.Why You’ll Love Working Here:, • Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Including medical, dental, and vision coverage., • Retirement Plan: 403(b) with a 5% company match., • Tuition Reimbursement: To support your continued professional development., • School-Paid Lunch: Enjoy lunch provided at school., • Professional Development: Continuous opportunities for school-wide professional development.
