As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic). We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water/gas/electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water/gas/electric bill itself. Position Summary Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Production, the Marketing Production Specialist supports the marketing production team by performing creative reviews, assisting with managing the flow of marketing materials, and aiding in timely/clear communication to internal and external teams. Ideal for proactive individuals with strong communication skills who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are eager to grow their experience in creative operations, process improvement, and production coordination. Located at our office in Naperville, IL our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required. Responsibilities • Creative review and trafficking of marketing materials., • Aid in trafficking and reconciliation of marketing materials internal and external., • Help maintain internal creative schedules to ensure creatives are reviewed and approved through internal processes on schedule., • Communicate the status of material to internal and external groups., • Identify, track, and escalate delays that may impact timely approvals., • Assist in tracking down relevant information and troubleshooting errors., • Organize and document external vendor communications., • Communicate changes to internal & external teams in an effective & efficient manner to ensure changes are carried out in designs. We're Excited if This is You Experience and Qualifications of the Role • 1+ years of experience in Marketing Creative Proofreading., • 1+ years of experience in related fields such as Marketing, Production, Quality Control, or Process Improvement., • Assertive and independent thinking in daily work and decision-making., • Proactive mindset., • Strong writing and communication skills., • Undertake all aspects of work with a sense of urgency., • Deliver timely, quality, clear, concise and accurate work., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities. Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job • Experience working with tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Workfront, and ASANA. Education Bachelor’s degree or experience in related fields such as Marketing, Production, Quality Control, or Process Improvement (or equivalent work experience). The base pay range for this position is $20.80 - $30.09 USD per hour. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set.
