Core Responsibilities • Aggressive Lead Follow-Up: Conduct high-volume outbound calling, texting, and emailing to agency-provided leads., • Needs-Based Selling: Identify customer needs and market appropriate State Farm products, including Auto, Home, and Life insurance., • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and activity metrics., • Expert Education: Guide potential clients through their coverage options with absolute confidence, ensuring they understand the value of being with State Farm.Who You Are, • Competitive & Driven: You aren't satisfied with "average."
