Job DescriptionDescription We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own the revenue engine that creates a predictable pipeline of qualified leads for Sales. This is a role for someone who thrives on solving complex marketing problems, building systems, and optimizing processes to drive measurable growth. This is not a maintenance role, it’s a builder’s role. You will have ownership over the systems and processes that drive the company’s growth engine. You’ll be trusted to design, test, and optimize demand generation programs with autonomy. We expect rigor, precision, and results, and we’ll give you the tools and freedom to deliver them. If you are a strategic thinker who wants to design, test, and refine digital marketing programs, and you prefer data over guesswork, this role is built for you! Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do Campaign Strategy & ExecutionHigh-volume outbound email is the core of this role. You will design, build, and scale outbound email programs that generate qualified pipeline from cold and warm prospect lists. Beyond email, you will build multi-channel campaigns across paid ads, social, and webinars, structuring everything around the buyer journey from awareness to consideration to decision. You will partner closely with Sales on follow-up sequences that are timed, targeted, and built to convert. Data Enrichment & List BuildingYou will own the process of building and maintaining high-quality prospect lists using enrichment tools like Clay, Apollo, Seamless AI, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms. You understand that great outbound starts with great data, and you take list hygiene, segmentation, and enrichment seriously. You will continuously refine targeting criteria to ensure outreach reaches the right people with the right message. Lead Nurture & AutomationYou will own the marketing automation platform, whether that is HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, and use it to design nurture tracks that move prospects through the funnel at the right pace. You will define and refine lead scoring models to ensure a clean, consistent MQL to SQL handoff that Sales can trust. Reporting & AnalyticsYou own the numbers. You will build and maintain dashboards that track MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, email deliverability, reply rates, and funnel conversion. You will monitor pipeline contribution and campaign ROI and bring leadership clear, data-driven recommendations on a consistent cadence. If something is not working, you will know before anyone else does. Cross-Functional AlignmentYou will collaborate with Sales and Client Onboarding to ensure campaigns are delivering the right type of leads, not just volume. You will work with Marketing and Product on content, launches, and promotions that support demand generation goals. Growth & ExperimentationYou will test and validate new channels including LinkedIn, ABM campaigns, and niche communities. You will run disciplined A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, landing pages, and sequences. You scale what works and cut what does not, quickly. Who You Are:You are a builder who is energized by systems, data, and measurable outcomes. You have strong opinions about outbound email best practices and you back them up with results. You are fluent in enrichment tools and know how to turn a raw list into a high-converting outbound sequence. You are autonomous and precise, you own your metrics completely, and you communicate findings clearly without being asked. You are motivated not just by running campaigns, but by owning the engine that drives the business forward.
