This means while we do have permanent offices in strategic locations, the majority of our employees live and work from their place of choice in the United States. The Enterprise Sales Executive position requires the ability to make trips of 2-3 days a few times a month. Typical travel requirements include visiting prospective clients, participating in trade shows, and attending in-person company meetings. POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly driven Enterprise Sales Executive with deep financial services expertise to lead complex, consultative sales cycles with banks and credit unions. This individual is not only a relationship builder, but a strategic thinker who can challenge conventional approaches, uncover latent needs, and co-create innovative solutions with prospects. The ideal candidate brings intellectual curiosity, creativity in solution design, and a strong sense of urgency to advance deals. They are skilled at navigating complex organizations, engaging executive stakeholders, and crafting compelling, tailored proposals that differentiate Nymbus in competitive situations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Identify banks and credit unions looking to grow through digital transformation and core modernization, • Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve sales targets and strategic goals, • Lead discovery conversations that challenge assumptions and uncover unarticulated business needs, • Act as a trusted advisor by bringing insights on banking trends, digital transformation, and competitive positioning, • Develop innovative, tailored proposals and solution narratives aligned to client objectives, • Drive deal momentum with urgency, proactively managing next steps and removing obstacles, • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders across financial institutions, • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies, • Think creatively about deal structuring, partnerships, and go-to-market approaches, • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, reporting, and deal progression management, • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or banking technology, • Strong understanding of banking operations, core systems, and/or digital transformation trends, • Proven ability to develop creative, high-impact proposals and executive-level presentations, • Demonstrated success driving complex deals forward with urgency and ownership, • Highly inquisitive and analytical, with the ability to uncover root problems and challenge conventional thinking, • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives, • You bring new ideas and perspectives – not just products, • You move deals forward with urgency and intention, • You challenge prospects in a way that builds trust, • Competitive base salary plus commission plan, • Annual cash bonus and equity options commensurate with the role level and experience, • Remote with some travel required, • 401(k) plan, • Insurance - Health, Dental and Vision Let's Go!
