Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Responsibilities What You'll Bring: • As a Sales Producer, you will focus on helping new clients understand their coverage options and guiding them toward insurance solutions that fit their needs., • Client Consultation & Sales, • Develop insurance quotes and present coverage recommendations, • Guide clients through coverage options for Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life, and Business insurance, • Build relationships with prospective clients and referral sources, • Follow up with warm leads, quoted prospects, and referrals, • Relationship Building, • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate protection strategies, • Maintain ongoing contact with prospects and new clients, • Deliver a professional and consultative sales experience, • Pipeline & Growth, • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using agency systems, • Document client conversations and maintain accurate records, • Support agency growth and retention through professional follow-up What Makes You a Great Fit Required • Active Arizona Property & Casualty License, • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, • Confidence speaking with professionals, families, and business owners, • Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing opportunities, • Motivated to build a long-term career in the insurance industry Preferred • Prior insurance sales experience, • Experience working in a Farmers or captive agency environment, • Life & Health License We believe strong performance should be rewarded. Uncapped Commission Performance Bonuses Total expected earnings for successful producers: $70,000 $100,000+ (including meeting commission and bonus goals) Training & Support We invest heavily in the success of our team.
