If you are professional, kind, caring and enjoy people, this is the job for you! Your job is to help callers understand their Wireless Service and to enroll them in a great cost saving plan . The inbound calls will come from tv & radio ads that talk about the benefits of using our service! This person must enjoy helping people while being patient and tactful. Our wireless provider is a national brand which provides substantial savings! Capabilities/Key Competencies: • Persistence: must not give up on the first negative response from the potential customer. Persist in informing the customer about the VALUE of our products/services., • Focus and determination: must focus on sales results during a set period., • Wireless Product Knowledge: Phone sales rep should understand the available plans. We will teach you all the features & benefits of our product!, • Passion and Drive to be individually successful and enjoy being a part of Team success. Basic job responsibilities include: • Manage inbound phone inquiries for the purpose of selling phone plans, • Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently., • Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times., • Strong active listening skills, • Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of the brand and the products you will be offering., • People oriented – enjoys interacting with people and working in a group atmosphere, • Achievement-oriented – enjoys the challenge and continues working even through failures, • Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel and Internet, • Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and some weekends, • 1+ years of proven sales experience within an inbound service or sales environment.
