Job Description This is a commission only position. Description Wycliffe Golf & Country Club is currently seeking a Nail Technician for our Spa to provide nail services to our members including but not limited to manicures and pedicures. Duties • Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service., • Provide consistent professional nail, hand and foot treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices, including but not limited to natural, acrylic and gel services., • Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training clients in these areas., • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by the Florida board and the spa's policies and procedures., • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail., • Handle client questions and concerns professionally and courteously., • Possess ability to work without direct supervision., • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment., • Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa., • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by Spa Manager. Qualifications • Enthusiastic, friendly and positive energy., • Possesses a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service, including both internal and external customers., • Detail oriented, • Ability to multi-task, while remaining flexible to the needs of the Spa., • Ability to develop creative solutions to building the spa business., • Previous Spa and Country Club experience preferred, but not required., • Manicures, Pedicures, Acrylic, and Gels are a required service for this position.
