Job DescriptionDescription: The District Manager communicates various programs, standards and regulations of Branded Fuel Companies to potential and current clients; provide feedback and support for daily operations and improve upon industry mystery shopper scores. Oversee leased convenient/fuel stores in an assigned district to maintain consistency in company standards. This position supports the Florida Panhandle and will require some weekend work. Responsibilities: • Monitor the various brand fleet programs, credit card programs and brand incentive/rewards programs as well as work with brand/fleet reps., • Act as liaison and consultant between on-site managers or tenants., • Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment on a weekly basis to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance to maintain company sites to fuel company standards., • Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage., • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability, • Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff, • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
