Position Summary: We are seeking a Director of Digital Product to lead the end-to-end product strategy for our customer-facing digital experiences across web, mobile, and self-service channels. This senior role holds portfolio-level ownership, drives cross-functional influence, and carries direct accountability for customer experience, digital adoption, and revenue-adjacent outcomes. The Director will operate as a hands-on product manager while also guiding and developing other product managers, ensuring strategic alignment, high-quality delivery, and customer-centric excellence across all digital touchpoints. This role will be based in our Naperville IL office. JOB SUMMARY The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) supports the clinical leadership team by coordinating resident care services, supporting clinical staffing processes, monitoring care needs, and assisting with medication and service plan oversight.
