SUMMARY: The Outreach Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and other stakeholders to promote our ABA services and support our mission of improving the lives of individuals with autism. This role involves developing and implementing outreach strategies, organizing and attending events, and creating informative materials to raise awareness about our services. This position plays a key role in expanding our reach, fostering partnerships, and enhancing our presence within the community, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization. We are currently hiring a full-time Outreach Specialist. The applicant must be willing to work between the hours of 8:00AM and 6:00 PM, though scheduled times may vary. Travel will be required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage individuals, families, schools, community organizations, and healthcare providers to promote agency services, • Conduct presentations, workshops, and informational sessions to educate families, community partners, and referral sources about ABA therapy programs, • Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to raise awareness of ABA therapy and agency services, • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare referral sources, including pediatricians, therapists, social workers, and counselors, to generate referrals and drive new client enrollment, • Track and report outreach activities, including community engagement and referral sources, • Assist in the planning and execution of internal events, • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to develop outreach materials, including visual aids, brochures, flyers, and social media content, tailored to target populations, • Research and contribute to the ongoing development of the agency's overall outreach strategies BENEFITS: • Premium Pay: Get Exceptional Wages that are highly competitive—you deserve it!, • Recharge & Reset: Enjoy Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) so you can actually take that vacation!, • Holiday Bliss: Celebrate with Paid Holidays—because your time off should be stress-free., • Comprehensive Benefits: We offer great health, dental, vision, and insurance. Compensation Range: $45,000 - $52,000 Annually QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, public health, communications, or a related field required; relevant experience considered., • Previous experience in outreach, community engagement, or behavioral health, preferably within ABA, • Strong knowledge of referral networking with healthcare and community partners, while engaging diverse populations, • Availability to attend occasional weekend events, including agency-hosted and community outreach activities, • Valid Driver's License, • Valid Auto Insurance, • Reliable Transportation and a driving record with no major traffic violations, • Strong commitment to fostering client engagement and building community partnerships, • Demonstrated commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a positive workplace culture characterized by fairness, respect, & inclusivity, • Solution-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, • Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams and community partners, • Proficiency with CRM or outreach tracking systems and standard office software (Microsoft Office, G Suite), • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong time management and attention to detail, • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences, • Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and/or tablet, • React quickly using hands, fingers, or feet while operating vehicles, • Ability to lift up to 15lbs (carrying marketing materials and office supplies), • Tolerate sitting or standing for up to four hours, • Talking and facilitating for long periods of time, • This position is primarily a field position with travel within a 100 mile radius of assigned territory required. When completing administrative duties, this position offers the flexibility to work from any location with a stable internet connection that has minimal distraction, with adaptable technology needed., • When completing necessary travel to an ABtA office, this position will be subject to the working conditions at all ABtA centers.
