Job Description TransCore FPGA Engineer Summary Designs, develops, and tests all aspects of electrical components, equipment, and systems. Performs routine logic design tasks associated with the development of new products or sustaining of existing products. May mentor more junior engineers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Implements complex digital circuit designs involving microelectronics and analog devices., • Utilizes computer aided design software as an integral part of the design and development process., • Performs functional tests on relevant electronic assemblies and documents results., • Assists in troubleshooting problems., • Research component specifications for use in designs., • Prepares supporting documentation., • Provides estimates of task duration., • Typically requires 10 years of Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) design or related experience, • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering required, • Possess a working knowledge of laboratory test equipment used to test and troubleshoot FPGA logic designs including logic analyzers and oscilloscopes., • Strong troubleshooting and debugging/testing skills, hardware design, interfacing and configuration skills., • Systems and Software support/integration skills, • Must have experience in technical documentation, • Experience with Quartus design tools and Aldec simulation tools a plus. Job Description We are looking to build our subcontractor network of field professionals in New Mexico specializing in Environmental and Property Condition Assessments. In this role, you will be instrumental in working alongside our full-time staff to investigate and report assessment work of both environmental conditions and physical property conditions for various projects across the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity in the commercial real estate due diligence industry. Responsibilities • Conduct and write dual-scope(ESA/PCA) assignments, integrating environmental site assessments(Phase I's) and property condition assessments(PCAs)., • Provide solid recommendations and solutions to the BLEW Managing Directors and employees while understanding the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction process., • Oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle., • Conduct site visits and lead fieldwork activities as necessary., • Complete research (historical, regulatory, etc.)., • Communicate with BLEW employees and subject site representatives., • Conduct appropriate site reconnaissance., • Data compilation and organization., • Prepare quality supporting documentation (site figures, appendices, etc.)., • Ability to travel to regional job sites to perform field site investigations., • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a related field., • 2+ years of experience in environmental assessments and property condition assessments., • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines., • Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools., • Professional certifications, such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP), Registered Architect(RA), or Professional Engineer(PE), are beneficial but not required., • Radon & AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are beneficial but not required., • Knowledge and experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scopes of work are beneficial but not required., • Potential for future full-time employment and other career growth oppurtunites., • Competitive Pay, • Flexible work hours
