< We are seeking aSr. Academic Program Coordinator who will be administrative responsibility for complex academic program elements requiring collaboration with students, faculty, and/or other departments. The Sr. Coordinator provides academic program coordination and overall academic program support within a department. Specific Duties & Responsibilities • Assist with student recruitment and marketing efforts for programs., • Advise students on academic requirements. The Opportunity The Sales Assistant provides comprehensive sales and customer support to wholesale and retail customers, both in person and by phone. At the customer's request, the Sales Assistant provides accurate pricing, estimated delivery timelines, and order status updates. The role also coordinates and schedules outbound LTL (less-than-truckload) freight and shipments of commercial pressure washers, pressure washing chemicals, and small parts inventory. In collaboration with the Warehouse Coordinator, the Sales Assistant assists with organizing the warehouse, maintaining clean and orderly shelving, managing small parts inventory, and ensuring a safe, clean working environment. What You'll Do • Handle a wide variety of sales and customer service duties to provide exceptional customer service. Answers calls and assists our wholesale and website customers with significant customer service information to aid in sales, or directs technical questions, and other related needs to the appropriate associate., • Process and enters many orders into Odoo; maintains computer records of sales invoicing and ships orders quickly and efficiently., • Maintains detailed documentation of invoices and customer accounts. The Department of Mental Health is seeking a full-time Healthy Relationship Coach. We are looking for someone comfortable discussing relationships, trauma, and sexual health with Black or African American women. Healthy Relationship Coaches will provide support to Black or African American women enrolled in a clinical trial(s) to improve access to HIV prevention. Healthy Relationship Coaches are defined as "role models who share similar experiences and community membership, and who are trained to provide effective services that will increase the linkage, retention, and adherence of the people they serve." < The Health Behavior and Society Department is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Case Manager to provide case management and general client services at SPARC, a harm-reduction focused drop-by center and mobile outreach program for women and nomen in Baltimore, MD. The Case Manager will provide general case management services for SPARC guests, including but not limited to relationship building; needs assessments; internal and external care coordination; direct resource linkage; and progress monitoring. SPARC provides all services at no cost and aims to provide supportive services that are low-barrier and stigma-free. The rapport and relationships that SPARC has built with the community in South and Southwest Baltimore are the most valuable aspect of SPARC's work. The other service offerings of our program include reproductive health care (HIV testing and linkage to care, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, STI testing/treatment, birth control, Pap smears, Breast exams, etc.), addiction management, safer drug use services (including syringe services), overdose response training and Naloxone distribution, fentanyl and xylazine test kit distribution, and basic needs services (laundry, clothing, food, etc.). The Case Manager will interact with a wide range of center staff (e.g., case managers, health providers, outreach workers, and volunteers), as well as clients, including sex workers and people who use drugs. < The Center for Student Success (CSS) seeks a strategic, deeply collaborative Director, FLI Network to lead the FLI Network as the primary communications, community building, and programmatic hub for the FLI community at JHU. The FLI network was created in 2018 as a home base for our growing community of first-generation and/or limited income (FLI) undergraduate students and is open to all JHU students and community members. Since then, our rapidly expanding wraparound services for FLI students and work toward institutional readiness - now known as "the FLI Initiatives" - disclosed the need for a more clearly designated and easily visible hub for the FLI community on campus as well as prospective FLI students and their families and FLI alumni. During 2021-22, we repositioned the FLI Network at the center of the CSS with the following aims: to provide a coordinated core of social and educational programming, including signature events that honor and celebrate the FLI community; to shape and broadcast out affirmative messaging about the strengths within the FLI community; and to supply an anchor for faculty, staff, family, and alumni engagement efforts. The Director, FLI Network has a key role in leading these core functions within the CSS. Organizationally, this role belongs to the leadership team in the CSS and works in strong partnership with all CSS program heads. Researchers at Johns Hopkins University conduct clinical trials and clinical studies to discover new ways to prevent and treat diseases and other health problems. We are seeking a Research Program Coordinator who will administratively coordinate clinical protocol implementation, typically for a single study. Will ensure the efficient logistical implementation of the study activities and provide administrative support for research-related regulatory issues.
