Accountabilities: • Maintain and repair all park attractions including go-karts, boats, batting cages, arcade equipment, and related systems., • Perform daily preventative maintenance and repairs across the property., • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with attractions and equipment., • Maintain accurate maintenance records and preventative maintenance logs using company systems., • Order parts and supplies while maintaining budget accountability., • Maintain the overall facility including lighting, plumbing, building systems, and general upkeep., • Support and guide maintenance assistants when assigning tasks or repairs., • Ensure all attractions meet company safety standards and operational expectations. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance on all attractions and equipment., • Maintain and service go-kart engines and mechanical systems., • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues involving motors, pumps, electrical components, and equipment systems., • Maintain facility systems including lighting, plumbing, structures, and building equipment., • Maintain maintenance shop organization, parts inventory, and tools., • Record repairs, preventative maintenance, and work orders using internal maintenance systems., • Order parts and supplies within established budgets., • Coordinate outside contractors when specialized repairs are needed., • Maintain a strong safety mindset and follow all company and regulatory safety procedures., • Support park leadership during inspections and safety reviews., • Assist with facility projects and improvements as needed. Skills / Competencies Required • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability., • Ability to identify and properly use a wide range of tools., • Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment and systems., • Strong work ethic and pride in maintaining equipment and facilities., • Organized and detail oriented when tracking maintenance work and records., • Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair priorities. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Qualifications • Must be 21 years or older., • Minimum 1 year experience in a maintenance-related role., • Experience working with small engines, mechanical equipment, or facility maintenance strongly preferred., • Experience with Honda small engines or similar equipment is a plus. Physical Requirements • Must be able to stand or walk for extended shifts., • Must be able to lift and move equipment or parts as required., • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
