This role blends new business acquisition with strategic relationship development in a mature and highly competitive environment. Build strategic relationships in a competitive market: This position focuses on targeted account penetration, long-term client partnerships, and high-quality contract growth across corporate, hospitality, and institutional verticals. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven with strong business development discipline and a strategic, long-term mindset. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute targeted account penetration strategies within the Charlotte market, • Identify and secure new commercial maintenance contracts, • Build relationships with senior decision-makers across corporate, hospitality, and institutional accounts, • Collaborate closely with operations leadership to ensure service delivery alignment, • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and reporting, • Navigate market dynamics and competitive considerations strategically, • Establish a defined and qualified pipeline within the first 90 days, • Achieve new annual recurring revenue targets, • Maintain margin performance aligned with leadership expectations, • 5–10 years of commercial B2B sales experience, • Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships, • Experience selling recurring services or contract-based solutions, • Strong strategic thinking and market development capability, • Experience within commercial services, facilities, or related field service industries preferred, • Professional and polished presence, • Patient, persistent, and relationship-driven, • Team-oriented and aligned with leadership, • Base Salary: $85,000 – $105,000, • Commission: $60,000 – $110,000, • OTE: $145,000 – $200,000+ Send your resume directly to: Subject line: Business Developer – Charlotte
