This is a Hybrid position and can be based in the following locations: Denver, CO, Greenwood Village, CO, Colorado Springs, CO, Fort Collins, CO & Albuquerque, NM. Role & Responsibilities You will deliver high-impact solutions across five core service areas: • Asset Management, • Organizational Health & Resilience, • Economic & Financial Services, • Technology & Business Intelligence, • Public Outreach & Communication Key responsibilities • Designing and implementing utility management and asset management plans throughout their lifecycle., • Assisting with field assessments of infrastructure., • Building and maintaining management tools such as structured databases, interactive business intelligence platforms, and data visualization dashboards., • Preparing polished client-facing materials and presentations., • Contributing to pursuit development, project scoping, and in time leading pursuits as a Pursuit Manager., • Serving as Project Manager for UMS engagements., • Leading client interactions and coordinating with engineering, planning, and science teams., • Supervising and mentoring junior UMS staff, while supporting quality assurance of deliverables., • Diagnosing client needs and developing strategic, customized solutions.
