As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with the ability to design and implement efficient systems and processes that will support our continued growth. The HR Director will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the proper management and development of the HR division. This role will be responsible for building a robust HR infrastructure, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management at a national level. The HR Manager will work closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and national objectives. · Lead and oversee all HR functions across multiple states/regions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training & development, compensation, and benefits. · Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, and other applicable requirements. · Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and workforce planning initiatives. · Establish and manage scalable HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all business units nationwide. · Provide strategic leadership and guidance to HR managers, recruiters, and specialists across regions. · Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and goals. · Oversee employee relations matters, investigations, and resolution of complex workplace issues. · Design and implement talent development programs, including succession planning and leadership development. · Manage HR metrics, analytics, and reporting to measure effectiveness and inform decision-making. · Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on people-related strategies and risks. · Drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. · Manage vendor relationships for HR systems, payroll, benefits, and compliance-related services. · Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative HR practices to enhance employee experience and organizational performance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field., • 7+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a staffing or recruiting industry., • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations., • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR systems and processes., • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills., • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
