Our neurofeedback clients range from children to older adults, seeking help with conditions such as ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, autism, learning disabilities, and more. Compensation: $40 - $50 hourly Responsibilities: Join a dynamic, collaborative clinical team where your expertise is valued and your growth is supported. As a licensed therapist, you will play a key role in delivering integrative, high-impact care. In this role, you will: • Provide individual psychotherapy and neurofeedback check-ins, helping clients make measurable progress toward meaningful goals, • Participate fully in weekly clinical rounds and case consultations, contributing your insights while benefiting from a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, • Receive clinical supervision and mentorship as needed, with ongoing opportunities for professional development and advanced training, • Maintain thorough, timely documentation, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with best clinical practices, • Manage a personalized caseload aligned with your areas of clinical expertise, so your work stays aligned with your passion, • Conduct clinical intakes for individuals beginning neurofeedback services or engaging in focused diagnostic evaluations, • Administer brief, evidence-based cognitive and mood assessments to support accurate diagnosis and individualized care planning, • Perform therapy intake evaluations for clients experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other common mental health conditions We’re seeking a fully licensed therapist in the State of Connecticut (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and contributing to a collaborative clinical environment.
