Job Description About SedMed SedMed is a durable medical equipment company serving both direct-to-consumer and healthcare markets, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and senior living communities. We are building a product and brand that supports patients, residents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Our flagship product, the SedMed Toilet Lift, is a hydraulic toilet lift that mounts directly to the toilet to assist with sitting and standing. It is designed to improve quality of life for people with mobility challenges while reducing physical strain and injury risk for caregivers. The Role We are hiring a full-time Marketing Manager to help elevate SedMed’s marketing efforts and direct-to-consumer go-to-market execution. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in day-to-day marketing operations and a strong understanding of how marketing supports broader campaign, sales, and growth strategies. We are in a high-growth stage, and we move fast, there is great exposure across channels, functions, and initiatives. The position spans both B2B and D2C efforts and includes agency and vendor management, client-facing responsibilities, campaign execution, creative coordination, and strong internal project ownership. The role touches campaign management, video production, graphic design, social media content, sales support, and broader marketing strategy. We are looking for a builder: someone willing to jump in, wear different hats, and help keep projects moving. You will work directly with our Director of Marketing and the SedMed team in a collaborative environment, receiving support and guidance, while also owning meaningful initiatives and being trusted to drive execution. While outside specialists may support more technical tasks, you will play a central role in maintaining momentum, consistency, and brand quality across the business. Because SedMed is still in a growth stage, we look for an entrepreneurial, go-getter mindset. This is not a rigid corporate environment built around strict punch-in, punch-out 9-to-5. We value flexibility and do not believe in managing people through rigidity, but we do expect this person to take real ownership of their work and help build a meaningful piece of the company’s success. At the same time, we respect personal boundaries, individuality, and life outside of work, and aim to build a culture grounded in opportunity, ownership, and flexibility. For the right person, this is an opportunity to accelerate career growth within a venture-backed startup, earn meaningful equity, and help bring a product to market that improves people’s daily lives. Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations • Help build and strengthen SedMed’s marketing engine across both B2B and D2C channels., • Strategize, plan campaign strategy, tracking, execution, and overall go-to-market priorities., • Manage workflows across internal teams, agencies, designers, freelancers, and external partners., • Build structure, improve processes, and keep projects moving with strong organization and follow-through.
