Job Title: Installation Manager – JP Carroll Roofing Location: Milford, CT Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried Compensation: 80,000-95,000 + bonus About Us: JP Carroll Roofing is a trusted provider in the home improvement industry, specializing in residential roofing and exterior services. Job Overview: The Installation Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of residential installation projects—from scheduling and field supervision to customer communication and quality control. This position oversees field crews, supports office operations, ensures compliance with safety standards, and plays a critical role in delivering a great customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Quality Control • Schedule and coordinate installation crews, equipment, and materials to meet multiple daily project timelines, • Conduct job site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and safety compliance, • Address and resolve project challenges in real-time, • Supervise Field Project Managers, Repair Technicians, and Production/Administrative staff, • Set clear expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a high-performing team culture, • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their projects, • Conduct final walkthroughs, address concerns, and secure customer signatures on completion forms, • Order, track, and coordinate delivery of materials and equipment, • Return unused materials for proper inventory management and vendor credit, • Enforce all federal, state, and local safety regulations and internal safety policies, • Take prompt action to resolve safety or quality issues on-site, • Support neighborhood outreach efforts ("cloverleafing") to promote local visibility Qualifications & Skills: • Experience in project management, construction, or installation roles., • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively., • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities., • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience., • Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record., • Experience in a skilled trade or home improvement industry is preferred.
