This role blends direct patient care with mentorship and leadership responsibilities and offers long-term growth as the clinic expands. Key Responsibilities Clinical • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and examinations, • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care, • Provide outpatient orthopedic, balance, and functional rehabilitation, • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, • Utilize modern rehabilitation technology, including VR platforms, when appropriate, • Complete accurate documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirementsLeadership, • Serve as the lead clinician and clinical resource for the clinic, • Mentor and support Physical Therapists and clinical staff, • Assist with onboarding and training new team members, • Uphold high clinical standards and ethical practice, • Foster a collaborative, professional, and patient-centered clinic cultureQualifications, • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT), • Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license, • Minimum 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience, • CPR certification, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Interest in leadership, mentorship, and clinic growthCompensation & Benefits, • Competitive base salary, • Productivity-based bonus opportunities, • Health insurance stipend, • Generous paid time off (PTO), • Paid maternity and paternity leave, • Continuing education (CEU) support, • 401(k) with employer match, • Access to advanced rehabilitation technology, including VR, • Work-life balance with Prompt EMR and AI enabled automated clinical note taking, • Manageable caseload with an average of 12 patients per day for quality care and reduced burnoutAbout the Clinic & Owners This FYZICAL clinic is independently owned and operated by a husband-and-wife healthcare leadership team.
