Job Description Village Caregiving Minneapolis is seeking an experienced and compassionate PRN Registered Nurse to join our exceptional home care team in the Twin Cities Area. Village Caregiving is a non-medical home care agency that provides caregivers to assist clients with ADLs from the safety of their homes. The primary focus of the RN is to visit client's homes to document medical history and complete health assessments. The RN will assist with developing a personalized plan of care for our caregivers to follow based on each client's individual needs. This is a flexible position, and assessments can be completed during the day or evening hours, and weekends if preferred (as scheduled with clients). Pay is $60/hr, for up to 2 hours per client assessment. Maintain updated knowledge and skill sets through annual recurrent training classes., • Passing score required to certify completion., • Knowledge of travel scheduling is a strong plus., • Prior experience with GDS systems, hotel reservation systems, airline reservation systems and/or related functions preferred but not required., • Excellent Interpersonal skills., • Able to work in a fast paced environment., • Great telephone etiquette., • Excellent writing skills., • Excellent computer skills., • Ability to multi task and prioritize., • Detail oriented with great organizational skills., • Flexible work schedule including availability to work weekends and holidays., • Able to work overtime if needed.
