Job DescriptionOverview of the Psychiatrist Position: We are seeking a Psychiatrist to deliver outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on disorders such as depression, anxiety, attention issues, and addiction. This position offers significant clinical independence, flexible scheduling, and reduced administrative responsibilities through integrated support services and advanced telepsychiatry technology. Our practice is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality psychiatric care, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary in a remote telehealth setting. The clinical leadership of our organization is provided by a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry, who also holds an additional board certification in addiction medicine. In our organization, psychiatrists have the autonomy to manage their practice effectively. Our support team is dedicated to alleviating administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate more on patient care. Additionally, we offer flexibility regarding your work location and hours, enabling you to tailor your schedule to your needs. We provide in-network outpatient treatment for individuals facing depressive, anxiety, attention, and other mental health disorders. Please note that we do not offer intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. We believe that addressing accessibility challenges in mental health care starts with supporting our psychiatrists. We aim to resolve the difficulties faced by mental health professionals, from inadequate office infrastructure in private practices to the pressures of being overworked and undercompensated in hospitals and clinics. Our goal is to fill the existing gaps in outpatient psychiatry by delivering high-quality, respected medical care using modern tools and approaches. We believe that psychiatric care should be affordable for patients and accept all major insurance plans. As an integrated practice, we have a dedicated team of billing and patient care coordinators who manage administrative tasks, allowing our clinical staff to focus on patient care. Your Qualifications: • Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry; subspecialties are highly encouraged to apply., • Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license; assistance with licensure can be provided as needed., • Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills., • Willingness to learn new or streamlined EMR tools., • A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and a desire to engage in a collaborative environment.
