The Role: We're looking for a Junior Optimization Analyst to help us turn data into decisions. You'll work across teams—supporting product managers, account managers, and senior analysts—to analyze performance, uncover insights, and drive measurable improvements across Moxxi's portfolio. This is a foundational analytics role for someone who's energized by the question "what is the data telling us?"—and wants to figure out what to do about it. You'll dig into performance data, support experimentation, build reporting that stakeholders actually use, and help translate findings into action. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with design and engineering teams, giving you visibility into how insights move from analysis to implementation. You'll be mentored by experienced team members who will help you sharpen your analytical thinking and learn the rhythms of experimentation, measurement, and iteration. Whether you eventually go deeper into analytics, move into product management, account strategy, or operations, this role will build the foundation. Your work will directly impact the metrics that matter most to the business. What You'll Do:Data Analysis & Reporting • Pull, organize, and analyze performance data from internal tools and platforms, • Build and maintain dashboards that track key growth and optimization metrics, • Prepare clear summaries of what's working, what's not, and what the data suggests we try next, • Spot trends, anomalies, and patterns that inform optimization decisions, • Support senior analysts with data gathering, QA, and visualization tasks, • Develop a strong understanding of the metrics that drive business performanceOptimization & Experimentation Support, • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and analyzing A/B tests and experiments, • Track test performance and flag results that hit significance or show unexpected patterns, • Help document experiment hypotheses, methodologies, and learnings for the team, • Use data to support the prioritization of optimization opportunities, • Identify underperforming areas across funnels, flows, and campaigns and surface them to stakeholdersCross-Functional Collaboration, • Work closely with product managers, account managers, and analysts to understand priorities and how data supports decision-making, • Partner with account managers to connect optimization efforts to client goals and performance, • Support senior analysts in forming and validating hypotheses, • Collaborate with design and engineering teams on implementation of tests and product changes, • Participate in growth meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives—sharing data-driven observationsProcess & Tool Management, • Help maintain documentation for optimization workflows and testing processes, • Support the rollout of new tools, dashboards, or tracking implementations, • Assist with QA for tracking, tagging, and data accuracy, • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve efficiency (training provided—curiosity required)Who You Are:, • 0–2 years of experience (or relevant internships) in analytics, marketing, product, operations, or related fields, • Genuinely curious about data—you want to understand what the numbers mean and what to do about them, • Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets—you can wrangle data, build formulas, and create clear summaries, • Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting things that don't look right in a dataset, • Strong communicator who can translate data into plain language and actionable insights, • Eager to learn new tools, frameworks, and ways of working, • Excited about using modern tools—including AI—to work smarter and move fasterNice to Have:, • Exposure to analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, etc.), • Basic understanding of experimentation and A/B testing concepts, • Familiarity with SQL or interest in learning it, • Experience with any project management or documentation tools (Notion, Asana, JIRA, etc.)Why You'll Love This Role:, • Data is central: You'll work with data every day to understand performance and drive decisions, • Optimization is the job: You'll spend your time figuring out how to improve things—not maintaining the status quo, • Broad exposure: Work across product, analytics, account management, design, and engineering to understand how growth actually happens, • Learn from experts: Get mentored by experienced PMs, account managers, and analysts who've built and scaled products, • Career flexibility: Build a foundation that opens doors to analytics, product management, account strategy, operations, or wherever your interests leadSalary Range$60,000—$65,000 USD
