Job Description About Your Opportunity: Perform all management and leadership responsibilities and responsibilities associated with the Preconstruction and Estimating departments. You will motivate, coach, and manage the employees in the department. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction. The internal and external function is to deliver pre-construction projects. As a direct report to the Vice President, Specialty Claims, you should possess the ability to handle and manage a wide variety of severity/complex claims with coverage issues as well as coverage litigation within our General Liability line of business.
