Vice President, Associate General Counsel Summary The FMR LLC Legal Department has a unique opportunity for an innovative attorney to join our Asset Management Legal Team as Vice President, Cryptocurrency and Blockchain role. This role focuses on groundbreaking asset management products and services offerings for digital assets, including cryptocurrency and tokenization. Expertise in U.S. federal securities laws and regulations, including Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Advisers Act, the Investment Company Act, and the Commodity Exchange Act. Knowledge and experience with the intersection between the blockchain and transfer agency rules for registered fund products a plus. Substantive expertise and business acumen with the following: crypto and blockchain technology applications in financial services that may include stablecoins, crypto custody, trading, staking, payments, and DeFi, tokenization, and related blockchain and smart-contract enabled financial applications and asset management product offerings. Experience with technology startups and new business initiatives a plus. Crisp, clear business partner with oral and written communication skills, in particular the ability to reduce complex legal issues to straightforward, practical analysis and advice. Natural collaborative approach in influencing and devising pragmatic and creative solutions across a variety of issues in a dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to learn. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and credibility, internally and externally. Ability to manage outside counsel to provide excellent legal services in a cost-effective manner. Responsibilities: · Direct and a manage internal marketing team that includes digital marketing manager and analyst, social media team, creative team, web development team, and regional marketing managers · Develop a 360-marketing plan and calendar that drive business short-term and build brand · Monitor competitive activity and develop counter programs to ensure pre-eminence of the BTG brand online · Develop and sustain a culture that values analytical problem-solving, collaboration, ownership and accountability · Work with other department to lead programs and activities that contribute to growth of business and brand Requirements: · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or cognitive sciences, mathematics, statistics, sciences or engineering · 10+ years experience in digital marketing in retail, or consumer product/service business · Multi-channel marketing experience · Experience with SEO, PPC, content marketing, paid search and social marketing · 5+ years management and leadership experience · Working knowledge of database marketing, email marketing, statistical analysis · Strong analytical, problem-solving, data manipulation and planning skills · Strong computer skills including (Excel, Google Analytics, relational databases etc.) · Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to work independently · High level of self-motivation and intellectual curiosity · Good oral and written communication skills We will invest 6-9 month onboarding this senior manager to ensure their long-term success at Blinds to Go. He/she Will develop a strong knowledge of sales, business and marketing process and relationships and strong instincts for the brand and business. Development plan will be individualized, but will include time in stores understanding the customer, how product is sold, and BTG’s competitive advantage and mentoring from business owners.

Support the production of key risk metrics and dashboards used by senior risk leadership for portfolio monitoring and governance forums.
