Food & Beverage Manager to support a beach bar + grille, restaurant and banquet operations Position Overview We’re seeking a high-energy, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to support operations across SkyBar + Grille—our two-story beachfront bar and grille—LUMA, our elevated waterfront dining concept, and banquets & events across the resort. This role is primarily based in the action at SkyBar + Grille, while also supporting LUMA and leading execution of banquet and event operations to ensure seamless service, strong financial performance, and a cohesive guest experience across all outlets. This is not a desk job. This is a sun-up to sun-down, in-the-action leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and knows how to drive both high-volume energy and elevated dining + event execution. What You’ll Own • Day-to-day support of operational leadership of SkyBar + Grille, including bar, food service, beach, and poolside execution, • Ongoing support of LUMA, ensuring alignment in service standards, guest experience, and operational flow, • Execution and oversight of banquets, private events, and resort programming, • Leading from the floor during peak periods, weekends, and large-scale events across all outlets, • Creating a high-energy, guest-first atmosphere while maintaining elevated service expectations, • Driving revenue through upselling, programming, activations, and event-based experiences, • Managing labor, cost of goods, and daily financial performance across outlets and events, • Supporting execution of live music, DJs, brunch, weddings, and group events, • Training, scheduling, and developing a strong, accountable FOH team, • Overseeing inventory, ordering, and beverage program execution, • Ensuring compliance with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards Must-Have Experience • Proven success in a high-volume beach bar, resort, or waterfront environment, • Experience supporting or operating within an elevated dining concept, • Strong experience executing banquets, weddings, and high-volume events, • Strong bar and beverage knowledge with the ability to execute at scale, • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple service styles simultaneously (casual + elevated + events) Who You Are • You’ve got hustle — you move fast, think fast, and stay ahead of the rush, • You bring energy — you set the tone for both team and guest experience, • You understand how to balance “sun + fun” beach energy with elevated dining and polished event execution, • You lead from the front and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, • You think in terms of experience, flow, and revenue—not just operations Why This Role • Lead and support multiple high-impact outlets in St. Petersburg, • Be part of a resort built around music, beach culture, and dynamic event programming, • Play a key role across daily operations, elevated dining, and large-scale events, • Real opportunity to make an impact and grow with the property Compensation · 50,000-60,000 plus paid time off and benefits
