Kamper's Rooftop Lounge is looking for passionate and talented barbacks to join to our team! Barback Job Responsibilities: • Adhere to established service standards and protocols, • Assist bartenders with running side work responsibilities. For example, restock ice bins, glassware, garnishes as well as restock liquor, wine, beer., • Maintain a clean, organized bar area, and ensure supplies are stocked before, during, and after shift. If you take the last of anything, inform a manager if it needs to be ordered, or replenish it if it is within the restaurant, • Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bar area during service., • Pre-bus bar area throughout our guests dining experience., • Assist servers and bartenders by running food, refilling guests drinks, and helping with other tasks throughout the shift., • Follow proper “manners” protocol when interacting with any guest, • Strong, upbeat and positive personality, • Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail, • Passion for food, beverage and hospitality, • Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment, • Team and family-oriented mentality, • Dependability, • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, • Ability to lift and carry items when needed with a maximum weight of 50lbs Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Working Conditions/Environment • The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight to 10 (8 to 10) hours per day., • Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
