Supervisory Responsibilities There are no employees reporting to this position. Qualifications • High school diploma, GED or equivalent., • Valid CA driver’s license and insurable under RMA. Skills • Ability to reach, bend, and lift boxes, furniture, etc. into and out of delivery truck., • Must be able to do extensive driving in a variety of road and weather conditions., • Consistently demonstrate the ability to work safely., • Requires strong customer service orientation., • Possess a team player attitude and ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds., • Have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills., • Able to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines., • Previous route driving experience a plus., • Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) preferred.
