Role and Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for overseeing the management and allocation of non-personnel facility assets, including vehicles, equipment, tool and test equipment (T&TE), and materials. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures proper staging and cleaning of vehicles, reporting lost or damaged equipment on a daily basis. • Maintains the facility's fleet of vehicles., • Oversees equipment inventory management and maintenance, • Manages T&TE inventory., • Supervises material handling and inventory management., • Stages/loads company vehicles for next day's scheduled projects., • Cleans/unloads vehicles at the end of workday., • Engages in asset management plan development and implements asset management policies., • Cleans/organizes warehouse at the end of each day., • Document/track issues/concerns regarding materials or equipment., • Implements initial and ongoing training of warehouse associates., • Maintains Accurate Reporting and Documentation, • Ensures Compliance with Safety Regulations. Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with a strong understanding of inventory control, asset management, and material handling., • Proven experience in supervising a small team of warehouse staff, including training and overseeing their daily tasks., • Familiarity with managing and maintaining vehicles, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition., • Ability to meticulously document and track issues or concerns regarding materials or equipment and maintain accurate reporting and documentation., • Strong organizational skills to manage the staging, loading, and unloading of company vehicles and the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse., • Effective communication skills for reporting lost or damaged equipment and coordinating with other departments. Ideal candidate has strong hands-on outbound shipping and Lead experience (details below). TITLE: Warehouse Lead LOCATION: Kent, WA SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm PAY: $23 BENEFITS OFFERED: Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit, Affordable Health Care, Full-Time, Opportunities for career growth Summary/Objective: The Warehouse Lead – Outbound Shipping is responsible for managing and coordinating all outbound logistics operations, including order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and carrier coordination. This role ensures all processes are executed with accuracy, efficiency, and in alignment with company standards. The Lead will oversee a team of warehouse associates, providing direction, support, and leadership to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead Daily Shipping Operations ·Supervise, train, and motivate outbound shipping staff. ·Assign and monitor tasks to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Order Fulfillment & Accuracy ·Ensure orders are picked, packed, labeled, and shipped according to customer requirements. Able handle high volumes of shipping ·Conduct quality checks to reduce shipping errors and returns. Logistics & Carrier Coordination ·Coordinate daily pickups with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.). ·Monitor shipping schedules to ensure on-time deliveries. ·Resolve shipping issues and communicate with customers via email daily Process & Compliance ·Maintain compliance with company shipping policies and safety standards. ·Monitor inventory flow to ensure outbound accuracy and assist with cycle counts. ·Ensure packaging meets brand and retail partner compliance requirements. Leadership & Reporting ·Lead by example with a focus on safety, productivity, and teamwork. ·Track and report outbound performance metrics (accuracy, timeliness, costs). ·Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency. Requirements: ·Experience: 3+ years in warehouse or distribution operations, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role leading a team of at least 10. ·Industry Knowledge: Footwear, apparel, or consumer goods distribution experience preferred. ·Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning, and shipping software (UPS/FedEx platforms). ·Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. ·Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, leadership ability, and effective communication.
