Job Description Marketing Manager This is a hybrid, onsite and work-from-home, position at Geneoscopy HQ in St. Louis, Missouri. The Marketing Manager is a high-impact, tactical leader responsible for executing digital marketing initiatives and providing general support for all Geneoscopy marketing operations. This role owns the full digital project program – from the commercialization and brand evolution of ColoSense™ to website management, press releases, and digital strategy. The Marketing Manager will support project orchestration for marketing and commercial projects, ensuring flawless execution from concept to completion while maintaining brand consistency across all digital and traditional platforms. Responsible for the digital execution of sales enablement tools, the Marketing Manager will ensure that sales have access to the right story, tools, timing, and insights to educate, promote, and drive clinical use of Geneoscopy's products. This role is central to product evolution – driving physician adoption and patient engagement – while supporting other team members in building a scalable marketing infrastructure for long-term growth. The Marketing Manager ensures every digital touchpoint is optimized, on-brand, and aligned with Geneoscopy's commercial objectives. Beyond day-to-day digital project management, this role serves as a key liaison between internal leadership, sales, and external partners to drive lead generation and build the company's reputation. This role is central to product evolution – driving physician adoption and patient engagement – while building a scalable marketing infrastructure for long-term growth. RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the tactical development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including market automation, email programs, and lead nurturing., • Coordinate complex project timelines and track milestones to ensure the timely delivery of digital assets., • Utilize design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create graphics, resize visual content for social media and web, and perform light photo retouching. Develop digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns, that reinforce brand messaging and support physician engagement., • Oversee the digital ecosystem; SEO, social media, UX improvements, and email automation., • Manage the social media content calendar, develop content, post across all channels, monitor comments and engagement, while maintaining a consistent brand voice., • Traffic all marketing requests through the established workflows and maintain the digital asset library to ensure version control and brand compliance., • Monitor website and digital campaign performance and prepare regular reports on digital performance, SEO, social, and paid channels., • Serve as a point of contact for external digital agencies and creative vendors., • Manage vendor budgets, performance metrics, and the quality of deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards., • Coordinate the creative development process by incorporating stakeholder feedback into vendor-produced materials., • Assist with market research and data collection to keep the brand relevant, inform campaign strategy, and support competitive positioning., • Manage the customization and distribution of sales materials, ensuring the sales team has access to the most current messaging, competitive positioning, and digital content uploaded to our internal platform., • Coordinate training for sales teams on new digital tools and messaging platforms., • Assist with trade show logistics, conference registrations, and the production of materials for physical and virtual events., • Route all marketing materials through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes, ensuring all documentation is archived and compliant., • Ensure consistent brand application across all vendor-produced and co-branded digital materials, including press releases and company announcements., • Track marketing budgets, process purchase orders, and maintain CRM data integrity and contact lists., • Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. SCHEDULE This is a salaried position, requiring at least 40 hours per week. There may be projects that require activities beyond the standard hours.
