Job DescriptionDescription: Hybrid Mostly remote with an occasional onsite in Greenwood Village, CO Our client seeks a Senior Technical Writer to support the Value Management Office. The role will create, standardize, and maintain clear documentation and presentation-ready materials that drive transparency and consistency across teams. The writer will partner with leadership and stakeholders to transform complex concepts into structured deliverables while enforcing branding and documentation standards. The position also owns version control, governance, and centralization of content across repositories. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $40.00 to $45.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: • Research, develop, edit, and maintain complex documentation in support of the Value Management Office., • Ensure all documentation meets organizational branding and formatting standards., • Standardize and maintain documentation across teams to ensure consistency in structure, tone, and presentation., • Convert existing materials into polished, executive-ready formats using PowerPoint, Word, and Confluence., • Review, edit, and reformat content created by stakeholders to align with established templates and standards., • Centralize documentation to avoid duplication across repositories, sites, and teams., • Establish and maintain version control and governance to ensure accuracy and consistency., • Identify and consolidate existing materials to ensure teams use correct and current versions., • Support deliverables including process documentation libraries, PI Planning packages, metrics and reporting definitions, onboarding and training materials, and executive summaries and decks., • Partner with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to refine and clarify documentation., • Publish and manage documentation in Confluence and support work within Jira., • Create and maintain workflow diagrams and process flows where needed., • 5+ years in technical writing, business process documentation, or related communications roles., • Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise documentation., • Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word., • Experience creating and publishing documentation in Confluence or similar tools., • Familiarity with Jira, preferably Cloud., • Strong attention to detail in formatting, grammar, and consistency., • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams., • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills., • Experience managing documentation lifecycle, including version control and content governance., • Experience in Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe (preferred)., • Familiarity with Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro (preferred)., • Exposure to Lean Portfolio Management concepts (preferred)., • Understanding of change management principles (preferred)., • Experience creating workflows and process documentation (preferred).
