Alert Customer Service Rep, Warehouse Director, and when necessary COO of any problems, with clear, decisive information or pictures if necessary., • Oversees and assign the processing of shipment paperwork as required to include the scanning of BOL's., • Responsible to see that all shipments are recorded and verified and the accuracy of the shipment against the paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries., • Monitors the quality and accuracy of all shipments according to customer specifications., • Ensures that the department staff meets the requirements of each customer and that any requirement changes are up-dated and all staffing is trained on any changes to a customer., • Communicate with CSS teams and respond to inquiries as needed, implementing any actions required., • Responsible for communicating with 2nd shift via e-mail prior to the end of each shift to ensure a smooth Transition of daily work-flow, issues, customer concerns, or any maintenance issue that have been reported., • Ensure the safety, training and development of employees, drivers, and contractors, in accordance with OSHA and RJW policies and procedures., • Oversee the completion of all computer data entry as required, checking for accuracy and efficiency., • Maintain and approve of all shift employee timesheets for weekly payroll, including any temp hours, making corrections as needed. Monitoring all overtime hours to meet department requirements., • Complete building checks daily notifying Warehouse Director of equipment or building problems or preventive maintenance needed and assist with maintaining equipment according to manufacturer's recommendations., • Ensure that warehouse employees adhere to all AIB processes, procedures and guidelines, and that they have had the AIB training for handling any food products in the course of their employment., • Assure that all checklist for building, equipment, and safety are completed as designate by the SOP or Policy. Job Description The Operations Manager provides overall management and coordination of transportation services for an assigned group of customers. This position is responsible to identify, transmit and satisfy our customers’ needs by contracting and utilizing Independent Contractors as delivery drivers delivering products from our clients’ location(s) to designated locations. Job Description Job Summary: The Case Manager is responsible for coordinating the overall treatment experience for an assigned caseload. Working as a part of a team with the Program Manager, Counselors, Recovery Support Specialists and Clinical Assistants, the Case Manager works individually with assigned clients developing and reviewing treatment, relapse prevention and continuing care plans to help the client develop a plan for achieving and maintaining long term recovery. QUALIFICATIONS: Requires knowledge of person centered, strength-based counseling, case coordination, and treatment/recovery planning using ASAM Criteria. Requires excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must have Addictions Counselor certification, a related professional license, or be eligible to obtain either within the required time frame. Minimum of 12 months of continuous sobriety required for persons recovering from a substance use disorder. Submit to DHS Schedule L background checks and meet the eligibility requirements for employment. Bilingual preferred.
